Consulting Calls and Appointments
During the calls we will give you our best perspectives on your situation as possible so that you can make the choices for your business. To let us be efficient with our schedule, we need to be notified of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time.
Governing laws
The laws of the State of New York, excluding choice of law, govern this Agreement. In case of litigation arising out of or relating to this Agreement, both Parties hereby expressly consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and/or federal courts of New York.
